The Nails
Sophie wasn't feeling 100% today so she didn't go to Kindy, but as I had a hair appointment in Emerald I decided to make the trip and leave Sophie at home with Nick. When I arrived home Sophie declared "I missed you sooooooooooo much today mummy!" than quickly added "can we do something special?" How sucked in was I?
After some discussion we decided that it would be nice to buy a new nail polish and do "our" nails. So off to the supermarket we girls went to select a new polish for the "something special".
Not only do I have a new hair "do" but the makeover was finally complete with my stunning painted nails (from knuckle to nail I might add).
I think this might be another career pathway for our most talented girl don't you think???
(Nick thinks he got off easy today as Sophie didn't persist in doing his nails, but little does he know we have a special boys colour for his "fathers day" makeover)
