of Bok Choy!
Nick has recently become "Garden extraordinaire" and has an excellent veggie patch in progress - he is growing EVERYTHING he can get his hands on. The Bok Choy has been the first bloomer. These two beauties were just scrumptious in a steamboat we had for dinner yumm yumm.
