I can't seem to keep this man of mine out of the kitchen! Perhaps he has missed his true vocation? Perhaps he is really meant to be the "plumbers crack cook"? Cuz he's good, really good.
The latest dish is Brinjal Pickle - he has been madly collecting jars in readiness for the making of this spicy pickle, one of the many recipes that he has collected from his mum:).
With the veggie garden going crazy and more brinjal pickles than a family knows what to do with I will definitely have to consider setting up a little stall out the front of the house - Blackwater one day, who knows where next!
