Sophie hasn't been 100% the past few days and we have had a few restless nights (which are taking their toll on mum & dad!). Nick had gone off for a nap having worked night shift, Sophie and I were having some "quiet play time", which really means can mummy have a few minutes to re-charge:).
Sophie thought playing "mummy's and babies" would be a great game, initially this didn't involve much rest on my part as I had to put booties on, change outfits and wrap all of her babies - so it was really "nanny, mummy and babies!" But once the babies were ready for bed Sophie took charge and I was able to sit back, it was hilarious
"now daaaarlings it time for bed, mummy will read you a couple of 5 stories then it's OFF to sleep!" she gets her new books and reads "a couple of 3 stories" to Katrina, Valerie and Lori. "Now it's off to sleep and NO calling out girls, OK?" she gives them a kiss then off she went to her room to watch a DVD?
So, thats how it's done!
